For this Verve 3 handle shower trim kits (Fits Pfister shower valve #01-31XA), we insist on high quality from its function to the appearance and even to the packages. During the production, we pay attention on each step to ensure the best quality to our customers.
For the function, we make sure that all the parts are compatible to each other. After the production, we assemble the parts to double check if they fit each other well.

The thread on the nipple, stem, seat and escutcheon is in its maximum metal condition, so that it is easy for the customers to install. Further, we test our products well to avoid any leakage.
For the appearance, we carefully check if the surface is smooth without burs and sharp margin to ensure the quality of the electroplating. Before the package, we inspect each part to make sure that there is no scratch, bumps, dens or any other damage. The surface of our products is shinny. They look exquisite and make your life elegant.
Our standard package is one set in a white box with a sticker (product picture, item number, product name and quantity). Each chrome plated part is packed in bag to avoid scratch during the shipment.
We also provide other packages such as bag with header card, printed box, printed bag, and clamshell. We can make according to the artwork provided by the customers. Or if the clients need, we can design the artwork for them too.
Installation Instruction

Step 1. Turn off the water supply to your shower valve.
The brass body is in the wall, connected with the copper pipe. We show it in this way, so that you can see the whole construction.
Step 2. Use a flat-head screwdriver to take the index button off
Step 3. Screw the Phillips head screw (handle screw) off
* The handle might stick on the stem firmly due to the rust or water stain. In this situation, you’d better to use a towel as a pad under the edge of the handle when removing it to avoid getting hurt.
Step 6. Remove the stem by a socket wrench.
* Don’t forget to take the bonnet washer off. It’s gonna have problem if you put two bonnet washers on the valve body.
Step 7. If the face of the seat is corroded, remove it.
Step 8. Take a new seat and apply some thread sealing on the thread of the seat. Then screw it back to the valve body.
Step 9. Take a new stem. Make sure that the bonnet washer is equipped. Screw on the stem.
Step 10. Screw the nipple on the packing of the stem.
Step 11. Screw on the escutcheon.
Step 12. Slide the handle on the spline/broach of the stem.
Step 13. Grab a screwdriver to screw on the Phillips head screw to the stem.
Step 14. Push the index button on the handle
Now turn on the water supply to make sure the leaking problem is solved!
